Everything I do here at Elvera.com.au, financially or otherwise, will be published here as much as I possibly possibly can.

Every product you buy will have details in the listing about its cost, how much I reinvest, and how much I give to the ‘love fund’.

I will show you what my costs are, how much the proceeds are, and where we gift these. There will be sometimes that legally I just cannot share precise details, however, I will work around this reality as best I can and ensure that you have as many details as possible. I have nothing to hide. I challenge any other business out there to behave this way, like, yes, 100% that is me laying down the gauntlet, let’s see ya!

My dream is to one day have other businesses follow my lead and attain the ‘Golden Starfish’ stamp of approval to prove that they have quit.. erm.. “omitting information” from their customers. Radical.

Q - Why don’t you register as a charity?

A - one day maybe… the set-up and complexity were a little step too far and somewhat overwhelming. I’ve decided to run the business in a charitable way, which is all a charity is. I just won’t benefit from the perks of registering this business as a charity, I’ll see, perhaps one day I’ll leap into the charity company minefield. I will show you the truth of our operations, costs and everything I possibly can, I challenge you to find a charity that matches my open-door policy in this regard.

Q - How do you select where the proceeds go?

A- I already personally support many charities, who support individuals and I may see that there is a need to direct funds to them. I also expect that the stars will align, and those in need will reveal themselves to me. I hope to create a community, through which those in need may reach out to themselves, or someone else may advocate on behalf of a being in need.

Q - Do you only help humans?

A - No, if any living being needs help, and I can help, I will.

Q - Can I contact you for help if I need it?

A - Yes, feel free, but please be very clear, I am not a medically trained person, and I may not be in a position to help, but please feel free to ask and/or share worthy causes you know about. I may well insert a directory showing each need, a place where our community can directly donate to (I have a few gaps in my website-building skills to learn to add this, but where they is a will there will be a way some day:)
